I’m an operational leader with over 17 years’ experience delivering results in service-based businesses, including telecommunications and security.
Today, I lead a team of around 150 people, supporting over 36,000 customers and managing £18 million in revenue at a 20% profit margin. My responsibility spans the full delivery lifecycle, from installation through to ongoing service, where performance, structure, and accountability directly drive profit.
Earlier in my career, I’ve led teams of over 500 people and consistently improved performance through clear structure and disciplined execution.
